Sichuan Boruian New Energy Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony on December 19, 2025, for its 300 million RMB energy storage manufacturing base in Xinjin District, Chengdu. The joint venture between Zhongxin General Electric Energy (National “Little Giant” Enterprise) and Jiangsu Anzfu Energy Technology will achieve 5 GWh annual production capacity, supporting China’s dual-carbon goals and the Sichuan-Chongqing region’s clean energy transition.
