Zhongxin General technical team after successful completion of 63000kVA 110kV transformer installation and commissioning at Ningxia helium LNG facility

Zhongxin General delivered a 63 MVA / 110 kV oil-immersed OLTC transformer to Ningxia Helium Technology Co., Ltd.’s LNG and high-purity helium production facility in July 2025. The unit steps 110 kV grid supply down to 10.5 kV for a continuous-process facility producing 2 million m³/day LNG and 600,000 m³/year high-purity helium. Six months after commissioning: zero unplanned downtime. This case study covers manufacturing, transport, on-site installation, and confirmed operational performance.
