On the early evening of April 1, 2026, Zhongxin General dispatched 22 KYN28-12 10kV switchgear panels and 2 SCB18-1600/10.5 cast resin dry-type transformers (5.69% impedance, 3,430 kg each, Dyn11) to Sichuan Ruibai New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. in Zigong, Sichuan — a front-end supplier to CATL’s battery supply chain.
