This product complies with GB 20052-2024 energy efficiency requirements as standard. We can also produce Grade 1 energy efficiency and other efficiency-grade versions whose technical standards are equivalent to or higher than the relevant provisions of COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) No 548/2014 and Commission Regulation (EU) 2019/1783 of 1 October 2019. As a manufacturing factory, we also offer aluminium-winding versions of this transformer as an alternative to the standard copper winding configuration.
Manufacturing Process — From Insulation to Dispatch

The active part is large enough that insulation compaction, lead wire dressing, and frame measurement cannot be rushed — each step below is documented from our own production line for this specific unit, not borrowed from a different capacity.
Insulation Compaction

Multiple technicians work together to compact and seat the oil-impregnated insulation paper around the windings. At 5000 kVA, the insulation volume is substantial, and uneven compaction can leave voids that compromise long-term dielectric performance — this is hand work that does not scale down to a single operator.
Core and Coil Assembly


Core-coil assembly at this capacity requires a coordinated two-person team to stack and align the top yoke laminations accurately. Joint geometry and clamping pressure at this stage directly determine the no-load loss figure that appears on the finished nameplate.
Frame Measurement and Lead Wire Processing


Before drying, the internal frame is measured to confirm structural clamping and insulation clearances are within tolerance, and the HV/LV lead wires are routed and insulated to maintain the rated insulation levels of LI200 AC85 kV (HV) and LI60 AC25 kV (LV).
Test Preparation and Routine Testing

No unit proceeds to finishing until the complete routine test programme is passed, confirming the no-load loss (3249 W), load loss (29170 W), and impedance (7.34%) figures shown on the nameplate.
