March 12, 2025 – When our European client’s supervising engineer arrived at the factory, his first words changed everything: “We need to talk about standards.” What followed was a 27-day journey of manufacturing a 1250kVA, 10.5kV/0.42kV cast resin dry-type transformer that taught us what international standards truly mean. From EU energy efficiency compliance to CE certification, from torque specifications (45-50N·m) to Factory Acceptance Tests, this project pushed our team beyond conventional practices into the realm of global excellence.
ZX TRANSFORMER delivered a 63MVA/110kV oil-immersed OLTC transformer to Ningxia Helium Technology’s LNG and helium production facility in July 2025. After six months of continuous operation, the transformer achieved zero downtime with stable voltage regulation. Our professional team managed complete project execution from design through installation and commissioning.
Sichuan Zhongxin General Electric Energy Co., Ltd. delivered a comprehensive 16,730 kVA intelligent power distribution system for Xinjin District People’s Hospital’s new 129,900 sqm campus. The project features 12 transformers, 133 switchgear cabinets, Three-in-One intelligent monitoring system, and multi-tier emergency backup infrastructure including diesel generators and 72-hour battery storage, ensuring uninterrupted power for critical medical operations. Sichuan Boruian New Energy Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony on December 19, 2025, for its 300 million RMB energy storage manufacturing base in Xinjin District, Chengdu. The joint venture between Zhongxin General Electric Energy (National “Little Giant” Enterprise) and Jiangsu Anzfu Energy Technology will achieve 5 GWh annual production capacity, supporting China’s dual-carbon goals and the Sichuan-Chongqing region’s clean energy transition.
