On February 12, 2026, Sichuan Zhongxin General Electric Energy Co., Ltd brought together over 250 employees from our main company, manufacturing facilities, and subsidiary operations for our annual Chinese New Year celebration gala. This marked our most ambitious team gathering yet, transforming our switchgear assembly workshop into a festive venue complete with LED stage, performance area, and banquet seating.
The event ran from 1:45 PM through 8:30 PM, encompassing team performances, recognition awards, leadership messages, and a celebratory dinner. In a first for our company, we livestreamed the entire gala on Douyin (Chinese TikTok) using professional HD broadcasting equipment, sharing our celebration with remote team members and extending our reach to the broader community.

Honoring Excellence: Team Recognition Awards
The heart of our celebration centered on recognizing the exceptional contributions of our production teams and sales professionals who drove our success throughout 2025. Three major awards highlighted outstanding performance across our operations.
Best Team Award – Switchgear Assembly Workshop
Vice General Manager Zhou Shunyu, who oversees our production operations, presented the first Best Team Award to our switchgear assembly workshop team. This group has consistently delivered high-quality packaged equipment installations while meeting demanding production schedules and maintaining exemplary safety records.
Best Team Award – Transformer Workshop 63MVA/110kV Unit
Co-founder, Vice General Manager, and Chief Engineer Li Xianming presented the second Best Team Award to our transformer workshop’s 63MVA/110kV production unit. During the award ceremony, the event host revealed exciting news: our company has secured an order for a 100MVA (100,000kVA) 110kV transformer, and this award-winning team will lead the manufacturing of this significant project.
Best Performance Benchmark Award
In a joint presentation symbolizing unified leadership commitment, Chairman Li Xia and General Manager Zhang Shaokuan together presented the Best Performance Benchmark Award, recognizing sales and business development professionals who exceeded targets and exemplified customer service excellence.
Strategic Reflection and Employee Commitment
Vice General Manager and Shareholder Xia Fawan delivered a comprehensive 2025 annual review, reflecting on achievements, challenges, and lessons learned throughout the year. His presentation provided transparent insight into company performance and strategic direction.

One particularly memorable rehearsal session took place in an open area adjacent to our facility, with a row of box-type substations creating an authentic industrial backdrop – a setting only possible at a genuine manufacturing facility.

Sales Department Energetic Fitness Dance
The Major Clients Department delivered one of the evening’s highest-scoring performances with an energetic fitness dance routine. Their synchronized movements, dynamic choreography, and infectious enthusiasm energized the entire audience. This performance earned strong scores from our judging panel and enthusiastic applause from colleagues.

Leadership Entertainment: When Bosses Take the Stage
In one of the most memorable and heartwarming moments of the evening, our company shareholders and management team took the stage for a special entertainment performance. As the host humorously noted, “You’ve worked hard all year, and our leaders are always demanding high standards and providing constructive criticism. Today, they’re sacrificing their image to entertain you!”
Led by two female colleagues from our administrative department, a group of senior male executives – more accustomed to boardrooms than dance floors – gamely performed a coordinated dance routine. Their enthusiastic if not entirely graceful efforts drew roars of laughter and appreciation from the audience, perfectly embodying the spirit of leadership humility and team celebration.

Broadcasting Our Celebration: First Professional Livestream
This year marked a significant milestone in how we share our company culture and celebrations. For the first time, we employed professional-grade HD livestreaming equipment to broadcast our entire gala on Douyin, China’s leading short-video platform. The setup included professional cameras mounted on sturdy tripods, operated by our dedicated broadcast team.
The livestream allowed team members who couldn’t attend in person, along with our extended community of customers and partners, to participate virtually in our celebration.
