Mr. Xia Fawan graduated in 2006 from the Sichuan Electric Vocational and Technical College, an institution with a 110-year history in power industry education. After graduation, he worked as a technically-trained sales professional and project manager, taking part in the preparation and construction of numerous hydropower stations, substations, photovoltaic projects, and power distribution projects, and accumulating extensive experience in the power industry.
