From initial contact to final decision-making, we personally experienced the smoothest land acquisition process, the most efficient approval procedures, and the most sincere cooperation. More importantly, we felt the warmth of attentive service. This business environment where speed meets warmth has made us feel both welcomed and inspired.

Our strategic layout in Chengdu-Xinjin is a major strategic decision based on national energy strategy in the Chengdu-Chongqing regional market. Today, with immense excitement and joy, I join you all in witnessing the groundbreaking ceremony of Sichuan Borui’an New Energy Co., Ltd.’s energy storage base. First, on behalf of Zhongxin General Electric Energy and all employees of Borui’an, I extend the warmest welcome to all leaders and guests present, and express our deepest gratitude to government agencies at all levels, partners, and friends from all sectors who have long cared for and supported our development.

At this moment, standing on this land full of hope and looking at the new facility that will soon rise, my heart is filled with emotion. From our humble beginnings to becoming an industry-leading benchmark enterprise, from exploring the market with a single product to developing a complete industrial chain ecosystem and earning recognition as a National “Little Giant”—every step of Zhongxin’s journey has been made possible by the gifts of our times, supportive policies, customer trust, and more importantly, the hard work and wisdom of every team member.

Borui’an New Energy Co., Ltd. is an energy storage equipment manufacturing base jointly built by our Sichuan Zhongxin and Jiangsu Anzfu. From reaching strategic consensus to today’s groundbreaking, every step has embodied our shared belief in the industry’s future and has been inseparable from the superior business environment and industrial ecosystem of this vibrant Xinjin land.

The groundbreaking of our new facility not only marks the beginning of Borui’an New Energy’s new chapter in physical manufacturing but also represents how enterprises from Sichuan and Jiangsu are practicing industrial nation-building and innovation leadership, actively responding to the national dual carbon strategy and promoting high-quality development of green energy through concrete action.

Currently, global energy structure is undergoing deep transformation. The deep integration of digital economy and real economy presents golden development opportunities and challenges for strategic emerging industries such as new energy and high-end manufacturing. We have always taken technology empowerment and green transformation as our strategic direction, deeply cultivating the field of intelligent green power, and are committed to becoming a global leader in clean energy.

The establishment of this energy storage production base in Xinjin District is due to our recognition of the enormous potential of the energy storage market in western China and the Sichuan-Chongqing region, local industrial support, and the efficient and pragmatic service spirit of the local government. The company covers a total area of 65 acres with a total investment of nearly 300 million yuan. It will focus on energy storage system integration and core component manufacturing, fully introducing automated, digitalized, and intelligent lithium battery Pack production lines, as well as core integration technologies for BMS, PCS, and overall systems developed through industry-university-research collaboration with universities present here today.

After the project goes into production, it will form an annual production capacity of 5GWh energy storage products, achieving output value of up to 1 billion yuan. It will not only provide efficient and safe products for commercial and industrial energy storage as well as independent energy storage in Sichuan-Chongqing and even nationwide but also attract upstream and downstream enterprises to cluster, helping Xinjin build a more competitive new energy industry cluster.

Customers are the foundation of enterprise, talent is the essence of enterprise, innovation is the driving force of enterprise, and quality is the life of enterprise. Our company always adheres to these core values.
