Zhongxin General is a China-based manufacturer, factory and supplier of 80 kVA three-phase outdoor oil-immersed distribution transformers — stepping 10 kV down to 400 V with Dyn11 vector group and ONAN cooling. Zhongxin General delivered four prefabricated smart substation modules to an LNG energy project in Yichuan County, Yan’an, Shaanxi — dispatched November 10, 2025, two weeks ahead of the contractual deadline. The modular four-unit architecture (35kV switchgear, 10kV switchgear, secondary equipment, reactive power compensation) dramatically reduced on-site construction time and civil works costs. The main transformer is an SZ20-16000/35 OLTC unit — 16,000 kVA, 35kV/10kV — meeting GB 20052-2024 Grade 2 and EU 548/2014 Tier 2 energy efficiency standards. On April 17, 2026, Zhongxin General dispatched three prefabricated box-type substations to PetroChina’s Luntai County project in Xinjiang — serving the Tarim oilfield core zone for oilfield production expansion, photovoltaic grid connection, and industrial load supply. Each unit contains a 2500kVA SCB14 Grade 2 dry-type transformer (10kV/0.4kV) and a 2500kVA Grade 2 oil-immersed transformer (35kV/10kV), with IP54 protection, seismic Grade 9 design, and -30°C to +55°C operating range for Xinjiang’s desert environment.
5000kVA 33kV Hydropower Station Transformer Exported to Nepal — Chino Hydropower Project
